Duke's Graduation Weekend

Congratulations to the class of 2021! 

We'll be offering the following prix fixe menu for dinner on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of graduation weekend for $80 per guest.


FIRST 

(shared family-style)

Mezze Trio - tzatziki, spicy red pepper & feta, chickpea hummus, house breads

Chopped Caesar - white anchovy, Reggiano parm, sourdough toast

Baked Ricotta and Tomatoes - olive oil, chili flakes, toasted garlic, basil


SECOND

(shared family-style)

Poached Shrimp - green goddess dressing, shaved radish and fennel

Lamb and Beef Keftas - couscous, tomato and olive sauce

Green Chickpea and Mushroom Falafel - tzatziki, pickled onion, cucumber salad


THIRD

(each guest selects one option)

Horiatiki Salad - tomatoes, barrel feta, peppers, cucumbers, red onion, oregano, Greek vinegar, olive oil; choice of grilled shrimp, chicken, or salmon added

Spaghetti - shrimp, slow-cooked Italian tomatoes, feta

Linguine - scallops, shrimp, polenta, pesto, tomatoes, shaved parmesan

Mushroom Bolognese - rigatoni, shaved parmesan

Golden Quinoa - edamame, green chickpeas, kale, roasted mushrooms, toasted almonds

Grilled Shrimp - polenta, ratatouille, chimichurri, shaved parmesan

Grilled Salmon - ratatouille, tomato saffron broth

Roasted Chicken Breast - stuffed with goat cheese and spinach, served with tzatziki, green chickpea and basmati pilaf, lemon, dill

Braised Short Rib - potato puree, root vegetables, horseradish jus

14oz Ribeye - grated horseradish, balsamic roasted mushrooms

Braised Lamb Shank - polenta, broccolini, jus
